Redding Marine Sgt. William Stacey killed in Afghanistan

Unfortunately, we are reporting on the death of another Northstate soldier...23 year old Marine Sgt. William Stacey of Redding was killed yesterday by an IED in Afghanistan.  Please place his family in your hearts and prayers...they are certainly in ours.
