Honey-Soy Sticky Wings with a Trio of Dipping Sauces.

Happy Friday…Happy Weekend! Let’s get sticky!
Honey-Soy Sticky Wings with a Trio of Dipping Sauces.
1 dozen Chicken wings, tips removed, flats and drums separated
2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 clove Garlic, minced
½ teaspoon Ginger, minced
¼ teaspoon Sesame oil
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
2 teaspoon water
Salt and pepper to taste
sesame seeds, for garnish
Green onions, whites and greens, sliced on the bias, for garnish
Preheat oven to 375 Season the wings with salt and pepper. Lay out on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
In a small sauce pan, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and sesame oil, and bring them to a boil. 
Make a thin paste with the cornstarch and water and then add it to the sauce when it boils. Turn it down and stir till it thickens. Set aside.
At the 30 minute mark, remove the wings from the oven and baste lightly with the sauce. Return to oven for another 10 minutes or so.
When 10 minutes is up, remove them from the oven and place the wings with the remaining sauce together in a bowl and toss together. 
Put into a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
HONEY SESAME SAUCE
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
SPICY SOY SAUCE
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons chili sauce more or less depending how spicy you like
1 teaspoon honey
Chopped green onions for garnish
SAVORY PEANUT SAUCE
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
Water
Chopped peanuts for garnish
HONEY SESAME SAUCE
To a small mixing bowl add the honey, sesame oil and vinegar and soy sauce.
Whisk until combined.
Pour into serving bowl and top with ginger and sesame seeds.
SPICY SOY SAUCE
To a small mixing bowl, add the soy sauce, chili sauce and honey.
Whisk until combined.
8. Pour into serving bowl and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
SAVORY PEANUT SAUCE
To a small mixing bowl add the hoisin sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon water, you may need more depending on how thick your peanut butter is. Whisk until smooth.
Pour into serving bowl and top with chopped peanuts.
