The Amateur Radio Club of Anderson (ARCA), in cooperationwith the Shasta-Tehama Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ST-ARES) will presentHamfest 2025, co-sponsored by and at Bentronics, 141 Locust Street in Reddingon Saturday, October 11th, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
Admission to the event is Free.
There will be door prizes, raffle items, and a flea market with membersselling amateur radio equipment and accessories. There will also be tailgatingfor those who wish, please bring your own tables and/or chairs. Members of thepublic who are interested in learning more about amateur radio, ARES or ST-ARESare encouraged to attend. For those who are wanting to test for their amateurradio license (Technician, General or Extra), a testing session by the ReddingW5YI team will be held at 8:30 AM at this location. The testing session costs$14.00, and Electronic in person testing now requires registration onHamStudy.org. For more information, contact Bill at 530-246-2227
