Buffalo Chicken Dip

Here’s a simple, game-day recipe. So simple, even a Dallas Cowboy kicker couldn’t miss with this one!
Buffalo Chicken Dip
1 rotisserie chicken, meat removed from bones and skin removed
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup ranch dressing
2 cups buffalo wing sauce (I like Frank’s)
2 cups Colby Jack cheese
1 cup blue cheese, divided
¼ cup scallions, chopped
Place all ingredients in slow cooker except 1/2 cup of the blue cheese and scallions, stir until well combined.
Cook on low for 2 hours, or until everything is melted together.
Top with remaining blue cheese and scallions
Keep on warm setting when serving.
